The headmaster's office use one computer and one laser printer. The library use 15 computers and one laser printer. In the IT classrooms, the students use's computers to take information about computers. In the secretaries office, the sectary uses a computer for timetables, students data and reports... In the staffroom the teachers uses computer to check the exams of students The headmaster uses the computer for sending e-mails to to teachers or departament of education.

In libraries the students uses computers to done their homework.

uses "PC" for em@il connections to Hospital,other practices and the Local Health Board.....

We need a "PEN DRIVE" Port.They have diferent capacities from128MB to 4gb.The standard capacity is 1 or 2GB , So they have more capacity than a flopyDisk.They are faster and very easy to run.
You can store all kinds of Files and Folders.You can also store Programes , So you can Install them in another computer or in the Pen drive:
They are becoming cheaper day by day.Nowadays you can get a 2GB PEN DRIVE for less than 20euros.

- You should buy an inkjet printer. Because the inkjet printer is more cheaper than laser printer but it is more slowlier.

I need to print really fast. I’m not going to use colour or images. Shall I buy an inkjet printer?

- Don't buy an inkjet printer because it is slowlier. You should buy a laser printer because it is faster.

You can use a Mouse to select from a Menu.

A Keyboard is used for inputting text.

Using a Scanner , you can copy documents.

Microphone:


You can use a Microphone for inputting text.

Joystick:

Joystick is used in computer games.

OPTICAL MICES

Optical mouse: ( Laser mouse )
An optical Mouse is more sensitive than a wheeled mouse, because it does not have moving parts.
The dirt can not enter the mouse so it has a better response

I advice you to buy an optical mouse because it's better.




Led mouse:
I don't prefer the Led mouse , because the Led mouse is less sensitive than the Optical mouse.

It has a higher chance of failure in subtle surfaces like shiny, slick or highly polished wood and rough surfaces.








Laser Mouse/Led Mouse are both optical mice but the Laser mouse is better than the led mouse.
That's why I prefer the Laser Mouse.
